Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UniChat (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

Description of Service

UniChat is a multi-channel inbox that consolidates messages from WhatsApp, email, web chat, and SMS into a single interface. We provide tools to manage, respond to, and organise customer conversations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
• You must notify us immediately at support@unichat.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk messages without recipient consent.
• Transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including GDPR and messaging platform policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Payment & Billing

The Starter plan is free. The Pro plan is billed monthly at €29/month. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@unichat.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days notice, unless the violation is severe (e.g. illegal activity), in which case termination may be immediate.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniChat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
